Ground shipping within Canada only.

We offer ground parcel (trackable) shipping on most online purchases (please note all bicycles can not be shipped). Online orders* over $150 (before tax) qualify for free ground shipping. *excluding bicycles 

Shipping Rates:

Ground shipping rates on online orders are as follows,

Orders with a pretax total of up to $200 - $24.99 via Regular Parcel Service 

Orders* with a pretax total of $200 or more - FREE SHIPPING via Regular Parcel Service with tracking  *excluding bicycles & oversize items

Oversized items:

Trainers will have a $100 flat rate for shipping.

Shipping Logistics:

All online orders ship from our store Monday to Friday. We do not ship online orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Most online orders are processed within 48hrs of order placement. Some orders may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, location of the order products or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated order ship date. 

Order Fulfilment:

We will contact you if any purchase item from your order is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy. When you submit an order through our e-comm store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total order cost (including applicable taxes and shipping). Prior to shipping your order, Trek Bikes Victoria will only charge the amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s) and applicable taxes and shipping costs. Out of stock order items that are cancelled will not be included in the final charge to your card. All online orders over $150 not being picked up in store, the ship to address must match the billing address*. We reserve the right to cancel any online orders due to suspicious activity or for any other security reasons. *Exceptions can apply if being shipped to a valid business address.

Click & Collect Shopping

Most orders will be ready within two business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.

We will email you once your order is received in our system and is being processed. You will receive another email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.

Unless special arrangements are made in advance, Store pick-up orders that are completely fulfilled (all items are ready for pick-up) will be available for 30 days. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be canceled and refunded to the original method of payment. 

**Due to recent parts shortages we reserve the right to limit the purchase of service parts to one unit per customer.**

Returns and Refunds

Parts, Accessories, and Clothing – We offer a 30 day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to our store (either in person or shipped using a trackable shipping service of your choice) for a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in, along with the original packaging and the receipt. Items returned without the original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Final Sale Items 

Cycling shorts are final sale. Most apparel brands we carry offer a comfort guarantee. Ask a sales associate for details or check the brand’s website. 

Tools must be sealed in the original packaging to be returned. If packing is opened tools are final sale.
